Airport Carbon Accreditation (ACA) is the only official airport sector program and standard established to implement a greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions management procedure through quantification, reduction, optimization, and offsetting.
Accreditation (ACA) was considered the most appropriate approach to implement at Querétaro Intercontinental Airport, given that it aligns with the same stages of the "Decarbonization Pathways" project, which consist of mapping or measuring the amount of emissions generated directly (initial stage) and indirectly (subsequent stage).
We are currently in the process of obtaining Level 3 accreditation.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we make available information regarding our greenhouse gas emissions in order to keep our stakeholders informed about the progress we are making to reduce our environmental impact.
Below is a summary of the greenhouse gas emissions reported by the airport.
